Edward Estrada

Edward is a PhD student with a background in physics, mathematics, and computational biology. After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder with research interests in differential geometry and supersymmetric particle physics simulation, Edward completed a Master of Science in Mathematics focused on topology. After completing premedical coursework at Northeastern University in Boston, Edward joined the Miller lab as a research associate applying bioinformatics approaches to the study of gliomas. Edward’s research interests lie broadly across quantitative science and biology, particularly using computational approaches to understand human disease. Outside the lab, Edward enjoys partner acrobatics, yoga, climbing, snowboarding, and spending time in the mountains.
